Teresa is your dedicated host. With a degree in both History and Hotel Management, Teresa has a passion for organising gatherings and beautifully curated interactions.
While living abroad for years and in her travels around the world, she has learned the value of gathering at the dinner table, sharing meals, telling stories and creating lasting memories.
Exploring an artistic flair and with the rigorous attention to detail of an hotelier, Teresa welcomes you in her home.

Mario, also welcomes you. Teresa’s cousin, born in Alentejo, the rich gastronomic region of Portugal. He nurtures the flavours of his family home and recreates them in experiences for friends and guests.
The Experience
Meals and Memories is not only a Portuguese culinary experience but also an immersion in storytelling and Conversation that characterises the nature of our way of life. In every traditional dish there is a reason for being, a story in flavour and a way to display it.
Meals and Memories is hosted at Teresa’s home in the coastal area of Cascais close to the beautiful Guincho beach, where you will hear the local seagulls and feel the ocean breeze.
